Our offerings meet the high-quality standards set out by Services SETA and we successfully completed the stringent accreditation process required to be formally recognised as a certified provider throughout South Africa in offering quality courses that cover professional leadership and interpersonal business skills.

The intent of the TLT programme is to be engaging, fun and challenging and instill the confidence in your children to empower themselves through the tools learned and shape their future accordingly.

SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We provide bespoke corporate and individual training plans that comprehensively cover the specific needs required to achieve the unique objectives of each training plan. We use a Training Needs Analysis to tailor-make each training to suit your individual set of needs and aspirations of achievement.

Our aim is to provide a one-stop-shop for all Business Solutions including, but not limited to, Leadership, Teambuilding and Training Development. We are passionate about providing individuals and organisations with the tools to empower themselves and evolve their skill set to attain a higher level of understanding and more functional behavioural patterns.

LEADERSHIP EVOLUTION

This is a process that combines team workshops and individual coaching sessions. It begins with personality and leadership profiling to achieve a well-rounded understanding of each person’s skill set. Individualised attention to each leader on the team is applied in order to provide in-depth understanding and long-lasting results throughout their career. This programme is perfect for a team that is not looking for a quick fix but would rather work on truly aligning their management team to successful leadership practices.

THE TLA COURSE

This is our “Transformational Leadership Approach” Course. It is a two-day course that tackles the most effective approach to leadership roles, responsibilities and methods in our current modern society. It teaches the four Iʼs of leadership: Idealised Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation and Individualised Consideration. Ideally, it is suitable for a team that feels like they currently function well as leaders, but would like to progress and evolve their skills to the next level.

STRATEGIC INTERVENTION

PERSONAL COACHING

Personal Coaching is designed to aid leaders in speaking openly about their specific situations so that we can provide expert guidance relevant to their unique circumstance. This is a perfect opportunity to attain a comprehensive set of ongoing leadership skills that are easily transferable for immediate results. Provided with the knowledge and expertise, the leader can subsequently pass on the guidance learnt to their team as needed. Ideally, this form of coaching is for a leader who thrives on outside consultation and has a passion for continuously growing.

Tomorrow’s Leaders in Training is a pioneering and empowering project designed as a unique extramural programme with the tools to equip young people to excel in roles of leadership and reach their full potential in all avenues of life, be it sport, academics, business or day-to-day life.

The pressures and expectations placed on young people are continually increasing, and whilst much attention is given to their academic development, often their personal and social development gets left behind.

The TLT Programme is run by individuals who are highly qualified in the department of sporting and youth development and has been designed to build the confidence, self-esteem, and character of young people in order to enable them to be well-rounded, forward-focused world-changers.
